We'll be talking about why do we need to calculate returns. What is inflation, and why do we need to beat inflation? Why do IT professionals suffer during inflation? 🔔 Subscribe: https://bit.ly/3goNUhv ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT THIS VIDEO 👇 Suppose your an investor or a trader. Without calculating how much you have made that is returns in a year or a specified period, you cannot conclude what your doing is going in the right direction. Without reviewing your results, compared to the previous time frame's results or the previous year's results, you cannot tell whether your investment is good or not. Without calculating returns, how will you know that your performance is better than the market's average performance or better than your previous year? By definition, return is a change in the price of an investment over a period of time, which may be represented in terms of a price change or percentage change. A positive return represents a profit while a negative return represents a loss. Returns are mostly calculated on an annualized basis, which means it's calculated on a year-on-year basis. In terms of the stock market, it's calculated till the day you’re holding your investments. These investments also include the dividends, interest, rights, benefits, and other cash flows you get while you're holding your investments. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤓 VIEW THE BLOG POST 👇 http://www.anistonantony.com ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🔔 SUBSCRIBE TO ANISTON ANTONY ON YOUTUBE 👇 https://www.youtube.com/anistonantony/videos ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 💥 FOLLOW ANISTON ANTONY ON SOCIAL MEDIA 💥 Instagram ► https://www.instagram.com/financewithaniston/ Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/financewithaniston/ Twitter ► https://twitter.com/AnistonAntony ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT ANISTON ANTONY 😃 A Designer by graduation, an Engineer by passion, A Teacher by dedication, and a self-taught content creator. 43. Who are Domestic Institutional Investors? Types of DIIs in India? What are their role in India?

We'll be talking about Domestic Institutional Investors? The types of domestic Institutional Investors? What is their role and how do they function in our Indian stock market? 🔔 Subscribe: https://bit.ly/3goNUhv ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT THIS VIDEO 👇 Domestic institutional investors are those institutional investors who invests in securities and financial assets of the country they are based in. DII’s are organizations such as banks, insurance companies, mutual fund, etc. In India, domestic institutional investors have quite a decisive role when it comes to the growth and performance of the Indian stock market, especially when foreign institutional investors become the county’s net sellers. You can see the percentage DIIs has invested in a company by reading the company annual report. When you compare FII to DII, there is a term called ownership ratio. Ownership ratio is the ratio between total equity holding of FII to DII. This give us a brief idea on how the activity between the two is going on. Currently, the ownership ratio stands at 1.2. The ratio is greater than 1 as FIIs have significantly more buying power than DIIs. Another factor is the net buyer and sellers in India. This is updated every trading day. From this, we can know if the FII or DII are net buyers or sellers. If FII are net sellers, this means FIIs are trying to sell more rather than buying. This can be taken as caution as this can be a sign of FII leaving the country. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤓 VIEW THE BLOG POST 👇 http://www.anistonantony.com ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🔔 SUBSCRIBE TO ANISTON ANTONY ON YOUTUBE 👇 https://www.youtube.com/anistonantony/videos ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 💥 FOLLOW ANISTON ANTONY ON SOCIAL MEDIA 💥 Instagram ► https://www.instagram.com/financewithaniston/ Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/financewithaniston/ Twitter ► https://twitter.com/AnistonAntony ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT ANISTON ANTONY 😃 A Designer by graduation, an Engineer by passion, A Teacher by dedication, and a self-taught content creator. 42. Who are Foreign Institutional Investors? How do they invest in India? What role do they play?

We'll be talking about Who are Foreign Institutional Investors? How do they invest in India? What role do they play? How much can they invest? 🔔 Subscribe: https://bit.ly/3goNUhv ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT THIS VIDEO 👇 A foreign institutional investor (FII) is an investor or investment fund investing in a country outside of the one in which it is registered. FIIs can include hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds, investment banks, and mutual funds. They are important for the development of a nation, but some nations such as India have kept a limit to the total value of shares, they can purchase. This is done to limit their influence on individual companies because it can be dangerous if they fled during a crisis making potential damage to our financial market. Developing countries have the highest number of FII’s to bring up and develop their economy providing higher growth potential to the investors. In India, all FII’s must register with SEBI in order to participate in the financial market. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤓 VIEW THE BLOG POST 👇 http://www.anistonantony.com ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🔔 SUBSCRIBE TO ANISTON ANTONY ON YOUTUBE 👇 https://www.youtube.com/anistonantony/videos ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 💥 FOLLOW ANISTON ANTONY ON SOCIAL MEDIA 💥 Instagram ► https://www.instagram.com/financewithaniston/ Facebook ► https://www.facebook.com/financewithaniston/ Twitter ► https://twitter.com/AnistonAntony ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🤔 ABOUT ANISTON ANTONY 😃 A Designer by graduation, an Engineer by passion, A Teacher by dedication, and a self-taught content creator.
